MIN451 Ministry Professional Practice (8)
Prerequisite: MIN450 or THL453 or THL423
Enrolment Restriction: Master of Ministry
This subject introduces students to critical reflection on their own experience of being a Religious Practitioner in their chosen field of specialisation. The student will engage in critical analysis and reflection on their own strengths and growth points evident from their approved ministry placement with a suitably qualified external supervisor. Through the presentation and discussion of case studies, journaling, and interaction with their supervisor the student will develop and refine their practical expertise in their chosen field of specialisation, and apply that expertise to new and complex ministry situations.
