MKT240 Market Analysis (8)
Prerequisite: MKT230 or COM316
The purpose of this subject is to develop practical skills for analysing markets. This will involve developing skills in data collection, research design, and the application of a range of quantitative approaches to understand the market. Students will develop skills in the area of satisfaction modelling, understanding product positions, segmentation and market share analysis. Students will also develop their skills in using the statistical package SPSS. This subject builds on the research skills developed in MKT230.
