POD411 Complex Case Management (Podiatry) (16)
Prerequisite: POD401
Enrolment Restriction: Bachelor of Podiatry and Bachelor of Podiatry (Honours)
Using the principles associated with evidence based practice, clinical reasoning and reflective practice, students will have the opportunity to demonstrate synthesis and integration of knowledge and skills gained in the areas of physiology/anatomy, pathophysiology, medicine, pharmacology podiatric practice.
Students will be presented with a series of complex cases requiring proposal of diagnoses and management strategies using a problem base approach to learning.
Students will also present analysis of complex cases encountered in clinical practice.
