SPH202 Audiology and Auditory Processing (8)
Prerequisite: BMS126 and BMS224 and SPH106
This subject introduces students to pathologies of the ear, hearing impairment, and basic audiological procedures. It also is concerned with the use of sensory aids and with other approaches for rehabilitating hearing impaired individuals, as well as models of auditory processing and receptive language across the lifespan.
