This subject explores different leadership styles for youth ministry and introduces the student to theological reflection in a youth ministry context. It examines various approaches and models of youth ministry, and the knowledge, strategies and skills needed within an effective leadership team. Ethical responsibilities associated with youth leadership are also considered.
