Prerequisite: THL106 and (THL203 or THL205 or THL208)
This subject examines the genre, literary structure, provenance and distinctive theological features of Hebrews, James, 1 and 2 Peter, 1, 2 and 3 John and Jude, focusing on the interpretation and exegesis of Hebrews, James and 1 Peter. An important dimension of this subject is the study of these writings as diverse expressions of early Christianity and alternative voices to Paul and the gospel writers.
