The course aims to:

Admission criteria
For entry to the Graduate Certificate or Master degree, applicants are required to have an undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution or a qualification deemed to be equivalent.
Applicants with other academic and/or professional qualifications and/or work experience acceptable to the University will be considered.
Note: participants should have access to a personal computer and specified related equipment to supplement computer facilities provided by CSU.
Articulation
The Graduate Certificate articulates with the Master Degree and the Graduate Diploma is an exit point only course within the Master Degree.
Graduation requirements*
To graduate students must satisfactorily complete 32 points for the Graduate Certificate or 96 points for the Master degree. Students electing to graduate with the exit point only Graduate Diploma must satisfactorily complete 64 points.
*The number of subjects and specific subject choices are described in the course structure and enrolment pattern for the course.
Course structure
The course consists of the equivalent of eight-core subjects for the Master degree, the first three of which comprise the Graduate Certificate which may be undertaken as a discrete course. Students may elect to exit from the Master degree after completion of the seven specified subjects (inlcudes one 16 point subject) and graduate with the Graduate Diploma of Business Leadership.

Graduate Diploma (exit point only)
Completion of the Graduate Certificate and,

And any two postgraduate Business Electives
Upon completion of the three Graduate Certificate subjects and the above four subjects, students may elect to exit with the award of Graduate Diploma of Business Leadership (GradDipBusLship)

Completion of the Graduate Diploma and Graduate Certificate subjects and,
Core subjects
MGT510 Strategic Management
MGT584 Leadership in Business
And any two postgraduate Business Electives
Enrolment pattern
Because of the flexibility of the course requirements, there is no prescribed enrolment pattern. Students may choose the order in which they undertake subjects, depending upon the availability of subjects and the meeting of any pre-requisites. Usually students enrol in one or two subjects per sessions.
