ESS409 Inclusive Education Practicum (8)
Enrolment restrictions: Entry into the Bachelor of Education (Primary), Graduate Certificate in Education (Inclusive Education) (DET), Graduate Diploma of Inclusive Education and the Master of Inclusive Education (DET sponsored students) degrees or as determined by the course coordinator.
Assumed Knowledge: ESS422 or ESS402
This professional experience allows students to demonstrate skills, knowledge and attitude development in the inclusive education subjects covered in this specialisation. Supervision will provide affirmation of strength as well as opportunities for improvement in the students teaching contexts. The professional experience is six weeks in duration for internal students. This will be followed by an academic component. The duration of the professional experience is 20 days or equivalent for distance education students.
