The complexities of change in today's international business environment can be overwhelming for organisations. The pressures of privatisation and globalisation have compelled cross border business organisations to change regularly in order to remain competitive. Through this subject, students will build an appreciation of useful concepts and tools for understanding, planning and implementing strategic change in international business organisations based in China.
