CSU/TAFE integrated program
The aim of this collaborative program is to make available an educational environment in which students are able to develop fine arts practice supported by critical thinking gained through an understanding of the theoretical and historical perspective of Art History and Theory.
This course is offered as part of an integrated program with the Riverina Institute of TAFE and Dubbo TAFE, in which students enrol in the Certificate IV: Fine Arts and Contemporary Crafts through TAFE in Session 1 and 2 and then enrol concurrently in the TAFE Diploma/Advanced Diploma of Fine Arts and Contemporary Crafts and the CSU degree. Upon completion of this program, students will have met the requirements of these courses and will be eligible for these awards.

Admission criteria
This program is only available to students who have successfully completed a TAFE Certificate in Fine Arts and Contemporary Crafts or an equivalent award prior to enrolling into the Bachelor of Arts (Fine Arts).
Credit
Students who have successfully completed the TAFE Certificate IV in Fine Art and Contemporary Crafts will receive 64 credit points (year 1) followed by a further 32 credit points of concurrent study.
Students who have completed all requirements of Diploma/Advanced Diploma study will receive 128 points of credit, which differs from the 112 points of cross credit arrangements in the collaborative program.
Graduation requirements*
To graduate, students must satisfactorily complete 192 points (24 subjects) at pass grade or better, including the 96 points credit granted for completion of the TAFE Advanced Diploma .
