Abstract: This is an industry based subject focused on the use of Project Management Lifecycles as a means for delivering organisational objectives. The subject will guide the participant from the start of a project idea, through planning, creation of deliverables and handover to the customer or client. An appreciation of what controls and processes are needed to maximise chances of a successful result will be gained with practical application in a simulated environment.
