Admission criteria

Master of Project Management

Applicants with five years' management experience and with an undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution or with qualifications deemed to be equivalent, and/or other academic and/or professional qualifications, will be considered.

Graduate Diploma of Project Management

Applicants with five years' management experience and with an undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution or with qualifications deemed to be equivalent, and/or other academic and/or professional qualifications, will be considered.

Graduate Certificate in Project Management

Applicants with five years' management experience and with an undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution or with qualifications deemed to be equivalent, and/or other academic and/or professional qualifications, will be considered. Applicants without an undergraduate degree but with five years' management experience will also be considered for entry into the Graduate Certificate

Credit

Master of Project Management

The industry stream will be treated as a package of up to 32 points credit for the Master's degree and Graduate Diploma and 16 points credit for the Graduate Certificate

Graduate Diploma of Project Management

The industry stream will be treated as a package of up to 32 points credit for the Graduate Diploma and 16 points credit for the Graduate Certificate

Graduate Certificate in Project Management

The industry stream wil be treated as a package of 16 points credit

Articulation

The Master, the Graduate Diploma and the Graduate Certificate make up an articulated set of courses and credit is given in each higher level course for the subjects completed in the lower.

Graduation requirement

Master of Project Management

To graduate students must satisfactorily complete 96 points.

Graduate Diploma of Project Management

To graduate students must satisfactorily complete 64 points.

Graduate Certificate in Project Management

To graduate students must satisfactorily complete 32 points.

Enrolment pattern

The course is delivered in each of our three teaching sessions, with sessions commencing in late February (Session 1), mid July (Session 2) and mid November (Session 3) each year. Normally a student studying part-time, taking two subjects a session, will complete the Masters course within two years. Students may also undertake one subject per session if preferred.
