Normal course duration

Full-time 1.5 years (3.0 sessions)

Admission criteria

Successful completion of a Bachelors Degree in Wine Science or Viticulture or successful completion of a relevant Bachelors degree in Microbiology or Chemistry or Biology with a minimum of 3 years experience in the wine industry

Credit

Normal CSU Credit Regulations will apply if applicable.

Graduation requirement

To graduate students must satisfactorily complete 96 points.

Course structure

The course is a 96 points masters and students must complete 96 points at a pass level or better to be eligible for graduation. Students have the option of a 32 point or a 16 point dissertation subject.
