Abstract:

This subject will identify the uses of accounting information for decision making by business managers and business stakeholders. It will draw on the technical expertise of graduates gained through completing the CPA subjects and build upon that expertise by exploring business decision-making contexts and the means by which accounting and financial information can be effectively used. The subject will focus on the analysis of financial statements and their use in making investment, lending and financial planning decisions.
