Abstract:
BUS370 provides students with an opportunity to expand on skills and knowledge gained from BUS110 and BUS220 by focusing on critical reflection, evaluation and appraisal skills associated with professional knowledge and work practice. The learning outcomes of this subject include gaining proficiency in reflective learning and research application; development of detailed professional knowledge of discipline specific theories/concepts; closer integration of university learning with workplace practice; and gaining an understanding of personal development in work preparation and professional practice skills. Students will generally undertake practical experience in a professional setting as part of this subject.
