Abstract:

This subject considers a research project in its wider societal context. It explores how communication research is framed by sociological, professional, economic, technological and other dynamics. The relationship aspects of research are highlighted and these paradigms are applied to the student’s research project.
Note: subjects may be taken in any order; all subjects include a literature review, research approaches and a presentation to faculty and peers
