Abstract:

This subject offers CSU staff an introduction to learning and teaching at CSU. The particular focus is on the CSU context, its strategic directions, plans, systems and processes, its diverse student cohorts, and the professional development needs of its teaching and teaching support staff. Participants in this subject are required to critically reflect on their own practice and demonstrate a deep-level understanding of the unique needs of CSU students and how best to support their learning by integrating CSU plans, technologies, systems and processes into their practice.
