Abstract:

This subject develops the students’ understanding of their role as a manager of the learning setting and the importance of creating a motivating learning environment. This involves recognising the impact of the teacher and the importance of relationships within the learning setting. This subject addresses learning management issues and develops critical thinking around the theory and practice of the management of different adult and vocational learning contexts.
