Abstract:

Global Environments introduces students to the key international environmental issues and the impacts on natural ecosystems and human communities. The subject presents an overview of the methods used by governments, communities, agencies and non-government organisations to address the key environmental problems facing the World today.

  2. Causes of the major global environmental problems
  3. Environmental problems and their effect on the natural world
  4. Environmental problems and their effect on the human world
  5. Strategies for addressing environmental problems
  6. Role of governments, non government organisations, communities and institutions in addressing global environmental problems.
