Abstract:

This subject prepares students to develop professional approaches and policy frameworks to the design and creation of programs and products in school workshop environments. Professional requirements relating to local, State and Commonwealth policies that impact on becoming a professional, risk management, materials management, student management and pedagogy will be explored across all TAS disciplines. Student welfare and the risk management of student interactions, project-based learning and the use of toolsand materials will be emphasised.
