EPT320 High Level Facilitation Skills for Post Compulsory Education (8)

Abstract:

This subject introduces the concepts of learning through facilitation. It introduces the learners to ways of observing, reflecting upon and analysing learning in various workplace contexts. This subject is a practicum subject but with a difference: the objective of the practicum is to investigate learning environments characterised by high performance facilitation and to use the ideas collected through observation, interview and other investgative techniques to reflect on ways in which you could improve on your own practice as a facilitator of learning.

Workplace Learning

This subject contains a Compulsory Workplace Learning component of 6 days duration.

There are 50 hours of practicum investigating high level facilitation in Adult and Vocational Education delivery through interview, observation and reflection.
