A Strategic Leadership Initiative refers to actions designed to bring about a shift from one leadership approach to another and as a consequence a shift in strategy that achieves measurable improvement in organisational performance. This is an applied subject in which students form teams to implement a strategic improvement idea, from inception to completion.
