Abstract:
This subject gives students knowledge and skills in the use of the Agile project management, which is an iterative method of managing projects, in a highly flexible and interactive manner. Students will learn how to implement and integrate Agile's principles, apply the Agile method, its life-cycle and testing principles, monitor the success of Agile and then analyse a number of Agile specific case-studies.
