Abstract:
This subject focuses on the use of Project Management Lifecycles as a means for delivering organisational objectives. The subject will use a simulated environment to guide the participant from the start of a project idea, through planning, creation of deliverables and handover to the customer or client.

Objectives:
Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
be able to demonstrate familiarity with current business analysis and project management principles;
be able to develop business analysis and project management skills;
be able to describe project lifecycle frameworks;
be able to describe the importance of business analysis and project management within a project lifecycle;
be able to discuss best practice methods for requirements determination, analysis and reporting;
be able to put into practice key skills associated with business analysis and project management; and
be able to demonstrate the skills and initiative necessary to deliver business results.
