Program management encompasses the coordinated management of multiple projects designed to implement strategies and deliver specific benefits. This subject gives students the skills required for coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business and organizational objectives.
This subject is based on the Project Management Institute's (PMI's®) current Program Management (PgPM®) Professional certification.

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
