Abstract:
This subject explores the development of teams into the collaborative arrangements that are essential to the success of alliances. The selection of allies is an important consideration for the development of alliance teams. Cultural aspects of the alliance development are examined, as are the fundamental aspects of team dynamics in the context of alliances. It emphasizes the need to be conscious of potential changes and the development of strategies to manage those changes.

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
