Abstract:
This subject examines the elements of the environment in which an alliance operates and the impact of those elements on the alliance. Specifically, issues of sustainability are explored. The subject considers the effect of government legislation and regulation on the alliance. Community and other stakeholder relations are examined as important aspect of alliance management.
