Abstract:

The student develops, either individually or as part of a team, aesthetic, conceptual and technical solutions to the authoring of a complex multimedia project as a consequence of the proposal developed in MPI303 Multimedia production project. Experimental and innovative approaches are encouraged.

Objectives:

Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:

Develop and experiment with aesthetic conceptual and technical solutions to the authoring of a complex multimedia project appropriate to an informational, artistic, educational or entertainment context as relevant to their career paths and/or specialisation

Syllabus:

The subject will cover the following topics:

Analysis and appreciation of specific historical and contemporary works or multimedia projects in contexts relevant to the projects being undertaken Analysis of authoring strategies and techniques for particular multimedia projects in contexts relevant to the projects being undertaken
