Abstract:
This subject aims to increase knowledge and develop workplace practice in an area of professional nursing. Students are assisted in the selection of topics before determining strategies for developing personal or collegial professional practice.

Restricted to Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) students and Bachelor of Nursing Science students. Bachelor of Nursing(Post Registration. Bachelor of Nursing(Re-entry)
Objectives:
Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
be able to:
* appraise their professional practice in the light of relevant research
* develop, implement and evaluate a project that aims to enhance personal or collegial professional practice
Syllabus:
The subject will cover the following topics:
Module 1: Appraising professional nursing practice Module 2: Research project Module 3: Teaching-learning project Module 1 is compulsory for all students. Having completed Module 1, students are then required to choose one of the other two modules to complete their study.
