Abstract:
In this subject, students will be required to individually design an empirical study. Once the research proposals are approved, students will carry out their proposed research and write a report in APA format.

Objectives:
Upon successful completion of this subject, students should:
- be able to demonstrate their research skills by designing, carrying out and reporting a piece of empirical research.
Syllabus:
The subject will cover the following topics:
- The completion of a proposed research project and the writing of a report in APA format. The research proposal may have been developed in PSY524.
Residential School
This subject contains a compulsory 10 day residential school.
As this subject is taken over two years, students attend 5 days of residential school per year.
