Abstract:
This clinical education subject represents the first of two final year subjects that together require students to demonstrate competency on all parameters of Speech Pathology Australia's Competency-Based Occupational Standards, Entry Level (CBOS-E; revised 2005). Students engage in a range of clinical experiences that can include inter-professional team practice, and with collaborative supervision, they develop the full range of professional skills. Students are also required to complete coursework modules relating to clinical experiences.
