Abstract:

Students will explore the praxis of Christian ministry, both lay and ordained, through theological reflection upon leadership and spirituality. The curriculum is designed to build on the student's prior learning and to support their engagement with learning environments through the intentional integration and sequencing of knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Students will receive regular formative evaluation of their work throughout the study of this subject to aid in their learning.
