ACC100 Accounting 1 (8)
Abstract|
Accounting 1 introduces students to key accounting information that business managers and accountants use to make decisions and manage a business. Students will develop skills that enable them to analyse and interpret accounting reports and to communicate the results of this analysis to interested parties. The subject focuses on the use of accounting information, and not on the recording of financial transactions and events (book-keeping). Students will learn various tools and techniques to enable them to make important business decisions. |
