    Master of Business Leadership

    For entry to the Graduate Certificate or Master degree, applicants are required to have an undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution (or a qualification deemed to be equivalent) plus relevant work experience including supervisory/managerial experience. Applicants with other academic and/or professional qualifications and/or work experience acceptable to the University will be considered.

    Master of Business Leadership - Organisational Coaching and Leadership Stream

    Applicants are required to have a Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership from CSU.

    Graduate Certificate in Business Leadership

    For entry to the Graduate Certificate or Master degree, applicants are required to have an undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution (or a qualification deemed to be equivalent) plus relevant work experience including supervisory/managerial experience. Applicants with other academic and/or professional qualifications and/or work experience acceptable to the University will be considered.

    Standard credit package applies to IECL students who complete the Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership.

    Graduate Certificate in Business Leadership

    Standard CSU Credit policy apply.

    Articulation

    The Master, the Graduate Diploma [exit point only] and the Graduate Certificate make up an articulated set of courses and credit is given in each higher level course for the subjects completed in the lower.

    Graduation requirement

    Master of Business Leadership

    To graduate students must satisfactorily complete 96 points.

    Graduate Diploma of Business Leadership [exit point only]

    To graduate students must satisfactorily complete 64 points.

    Graduate Certificate in Business Leadership

    To graduate students must satisfactorily complete 32 points.

    Course structure

    Master of Business Leadership

    The course comprises eleven subjects, ten standard 8 point subjects and one 16 point subject.

    MGT599 Leadership Theory and Practice (16 points) - double subject studied in one session
    MGT501 Management Theory and Practice
    MGT594 Leadership and Business Ethics

    Completion of the above subjects allows students to exit with the Graduate Certificate in Business Leadership (32 points)

    MGT584 Leadership in Business

    Completion of the above subjects allows students to exit with the Graduate Diploma of Business Leadership (64 points)

    Enrolment pattern

    Master of Business Leadership (Articulated Set)

    There is no prescribed enrolment pattern because of the flexibility of the course requirements. However it is recommended that where possible, and depending on subject availability, that students progressively complete the subjects in the Graduate Certificate, then the Graduate Diploma and finally the Masters.

    Master of Business Leadership - Organisational Coaching and Leadership Stream

    Enrolment pattern will depend on subjects undertaken in the Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership. Individual enrolment patterns will be determined at time of admission.
