    Master of Creative Practice

    1. Successful completion of a relevant undergraduate degree* in an appropriate discipline
      or
    2. Demonstrated professional equivalence determined on an individual basis.


    *Successful completion of a relevant undergraduate award would normally be a Bachelors with not less than 32 points or its equivalent of core discipline studies in the final year of the award;

    Articulation

    The Master, the Graduate Diploma [exit point only] and the Graduate Certificate [exit point only] make up an articulated set of courses and credit is given in each higher level course for the subjects completed in the lower.

    Graduation requirement

    Master of Creative Practice

    To graduate students must satisfactorily complete 96 points.

    Graduate Diploma of Creative Practice [exit point only]

    To graduate students must satisfactorily complete 64 points.

    Graduate Certificate in Creative Practice [exit point only]

    To graduate students must satisfactorily complete 32 points.

    Course structure

    Graduate Certificate in Creative Practice (exit point only)

    To exit with a Graduate Certificate in Creative Practice students must have successfully completed 32 points at pass level or better, comprising ART504 /ART514 Topic Research and Development (16 points) plus any other 16 point subject offered within the Master of Creative Practice.

    Graduate Diploma in Creative Practice (exit point only)

    To exit with a Graduate Diploma in Creative Practice students must have successfully completed 64 points at pass level or better, comprising:

    Successful completion of the four (4) x 16 point subject offered within the Master of Creative Practice;
    OR
    ART504 /514 Topic Research and Development (16 points), ART 506/516 Exhibition/Performance/Project/Production (32 points) plus one other 16 point subject offered within the Master of Creative Practice
