BUS340 Practicum Group Project (8)
Abstract| This subject requires students to evaluate and reflect upon their business experience in a group-based practicum. This reflection is both private and personal (to enable self-awareness and development) but also shared with other members of a practicum group including teaching staff involved. Jointly the members of the group will be required to work through a structured program that enhances their ability to evaluate and develop during their associated practicum experience. Students will be required to participate in group assignments and to share and present their ideas and experiences (without breaching commercial confidentiality or privacy of any involved party). Such group activities may be conducted online. |
