Abstract|
This subject, which focuses on critical reflection, and evaluation and appraisal skills associated with professional knowledge and work practice, provides students with an opportunity to expand on employability skills and professional practice knowledge gained from BUS110 Workplace Learning 1 and BUS220 Workplace Learning 2. Through closer integration of university learning with the work environment, students will have the opportunity to extend their reflective practice, and explore their own personal development, professional behaviour and work ethic. As part of this subject, students will generally gain practical experience through a work placement and apply their academic learning in a professional setting. |

Work Place Learning| This subject contains a Compulsory Workplace Learning component of 20 days duration.
Students are given the opportunity to develop their employability skills through 120 hours of activity completed as: a work placement with a new host organisation; a new project or higher duties undertaken with a current employer ; or structured learning activities.
