COM312 Public Relations Internship (8)
Abstract
Students are expected to arrange an internship with a minimum of 140 hours and maintain a journal for the duration of the internship. They then provide a 400 word description of their experiences, a 600 word reflection on their internship and an 800 word critique if the experience matched their expectations. |

Learning OutcomesUpon successful completion of this subject, students should:
- be able to prepare a professionally presented, explicit, ethical and logically structured report;
- be able to identify and understand key influencers in external communication; and
- be able to demonstrate knowledge of communication practices in common useage in work environments. |
