COM318 Public Affairs (8)
AbstractThe subject will provide students with an understanding of public affairs campaigns in communities. It will also review strategies used to deal with governments in local, state, federal and international contexts. Students will also study the nature of lobbying, and its different applications.
Throughout the subject, students are asked to analyse case studies and to review the processes of policy formation and implementation through stakeholder management techniques.
In addition, they review the role of organisations in society, their responsibilities to the community and to the environment. |
