Abstract
In this CSU-TPC subject students will develop the skills and knowledge required to research, write, evaluate and present information ethically in a further study context. Students will also identify their personal learning styles and develop a plan for skill development for future learning and career development. |

- Referencing - Harvard/APA/Plagiarism
- Planning your writing - mind maps, note taking, research skills and techniques
- How to write a report
- How to write an essay
- Creative writing
- How to give an oral presentation
- Identify skills and gaps in career paths and develop a plan for future options

Residential SchoolThis subject contains a compulsory 5 day residential school.
Students studying the distance education option are required to attend two face-to-face residential schools at the support hub in Dubbo, including a three day orientation at the start of the course.

First Residential School/Orientation- Tuesday 25, Wednesday 26, Thursday 27 February 2014.
Second Residential School - Tuesday 18 and Wednesday 19 March 2014
