Abstract
This is a research subject available only to students enrolled in an appropriate Master's Degree by Research within a health discipline. Students enrolled in this subject will work directly with their supervisory team to undertake an appropriate research project, culminating in completion of a thesis/dissertation to be submitted for examination. |

Learning OutcomesUpon successful completion of this subject, students should:
- Have advanced knowledge of research principles and methods applicable to their field of research
- Have cognitive, technical and creative skills to investigate, analyse and synthesise complex information, problems and concepts and theorise and apply established theories to different bodies of knowledge and practice
- Have communication and technical skills to present a coherent and sustained argument and to disseminate research to specialist and non-specialist audiences
- Have a body of knowledge that includes the understanding of recent developments in their discipline
