IMI516 Quality Leadership Initiative (8)
AbstractA Quality Leadership Initiative refers to actions designed to bring about a shift from one leadership approach to another in support of changes that achieve measurable improvement in the quality of customer outcomes. This is an applied subject in which students form teams to implement a quality improvement idea, from inception to completion. Teams identify whether the whole process or part will provide a basis for their final outcomes report. The proposed Initiative is endorsed by relevant senior management and an academic support team provides guidance in its development.
