IMI517 Leadership Coaching - Concepts and Practice (8)
AbstractOur mental model of organisation has been evolving from a mechanistic conception to an organic conception. This subject will explore the implications of this evolution for leadership coaching. Leadership coaching has a role to play in supporting organisational change; how this occurs will be examined. Executive coaching generally borrows heavily from a number of different disciplines and how these contributions can be used to support leadership coaching will be explored. Differences between one-to-one and team leadership coaching in a dynamic large scale organisation will also be examined. |
