AbstractThis subject discusses the importance of information in decision-making and ways in which information professionals can enhance the value of information. It introduces a range of information access sources including library portals and subject databases. In seeking information, students are expected to go beyond traditional sources, such as libraries and the internet. Students develop their own feasibility topics for investigation and present a value-added report relating to their findings. |
