- be able to describe the operation of a range of information agencies and how these interact with their users;
- be able to discuss the range and variety of information agencies and the services they offer and
- reflect upon how these operations fit with what has been learnt through formal coursework. |

- Overview of a variety of libraries and information organisations
- Provides the link between practice and classroom learning. |
