ITI213 IT Project Management Introduction (8)

Abstract

The major aim of this subject is to give the students the skills and knowledge required to complete the Project+ industry certification from the Computer Technology Industry Associated (CompTIA). In this subject students will look at how to initiate, plan, control and complete your projects effectively and ensure that Projects are performed to meet objectives within specific cost and time constraints.
