Abstract| This subject integrates the various elements of alliance management that are required to achieve a successful outcome. It deals with the challenge of remaining on course throughout the life-cycle of the alliance, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to inputs. It considers some of the leading edge aspects of alliance management, as well as the integral delivery skills required of an alliance manager. Finally, post-alliance evaluation is specified in some detail. |
