VPA310 Project Management (8)

Abstract

This subject is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and understanding to effectively manage, stage and maintain a major project particularly focused in the areas of communication, technology and the arts. The processes, issues and responsibilities required for the project will be examined.

budget design and control writing submissions and applications the process and function of a committee/working party project design and its implications operating in partnerships sponsorship and finance raising issues marketing issues the collaborative process legal and moral issues media and promotional channels and activities written and oral communication skills working to time-lines and priorities
