The Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership is jointly offered by Charles Sturt University and the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. The course combines academic study with industry accredited coaching training to provide knowledge and skills in coaching and leading high-performing, dynamic organisations. The course is structured to help graduates develop reflective and critical judgement, problem solving, cultural competence, ethical decision making and effective communication and facilitation skills. The IECL component of the course provides Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) certification and eligibility to apply for International Coach Federation (ICF) credentials.

For entry to the Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership, applicants are required to have completed the Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership
Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership
Applicants without a tertiary qualification may be admitted to the Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership on the basis of professional attainment and/or work experience. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate, students will be eligible for admission to the Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership and receive credit for applicable subjects

The Graduate Diploma and Graduate Certificate make up an articulated set of courses and credit is given in each higher level course for the subjects completed in the lower.

Accreditation
The IECL component in the courses is based on the IECL Coach Training Program (ACTP) curriculum. The ACTP is accredited by the International Coach Federation (USA) and students who complete the ACTP program may apply for ICF credentialing.
