Abstract

Professional communicators need to understand and operate effectively across a range of communication platforms for different purposes. Students develop an understanding of communication theory as it applies across multiple platforms, digital, online and traditional. Students focus their study on the requirements of their own communication discipline and develop the ability to critically reflect on their own identities, responsibilities and practices in a multiplatform communication environment.
